I study how organizations share knowledge, and how that knowledge helps them innovate and perform. My research appears in journals including the Journal of Knowledge Management and the Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, and I am completing a Doctor of Science at LUT Business School in Finland. At SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai, I connect master's students with industry through internships and company projects.
